Why did my neighbor put Saran Wrap all over his car? It's been like that all day. I'm waiting for someone to come outside, so I can see what they do. He can't drive it like that, he can't even get in it.

No, I never found out what it was. Next time I saw the car, the Saran Wrap was gone.
